The Person

• Prior experience in service/sales and call centers in relevant job roles with at least 1-year experience is a must
• Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language
• Working knowledge of relevant computer & Telephone systems
• Ability in handling inbound and outbound Customer inquiries & provide perspective information
• A diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration or Management would be an added advantage
• Age Criteria: 21 – 35 years
