Administrative coordinator

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage administrative systems, procedures, and workflows
  2. Schedule meetings, maintain records and correspondence
  3. Assist in preparation of reports and presentations
  4. Manage office supplies, budgets, and vendor relations
  5. Develop and update company policies and guidelines
  6. Serve as liaison between departments and management

Requirements

  1. Degree in business administration or related field
  2. 2-3 years of administrative or office management experience
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
