We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support for day-to-day operations
- Maintain records, files, correspondence, and office documentation
- Process payment vouchers and coordinate supplier payments
- Assist with procurement, stock control, and supplier quotations
- Monitor and maintain company assets, office equipment, and IT-related requirements
- Coordinate office, facility, vehicle, and branch maintenance activities
- Handle courier, postal, and document distribution functions
- Assist in preparing reports, meetings, and administrative presentations
- Manage staff welfare supplies and other office consumables
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification. (Candidates who have completed their G.C.E. Advanced Level examination in the Commerce Stream will have an added advantage)
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level with credit passes in mathematics and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
