Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative and management activities.
  • Support management with documentation, reports, and scheduling.
  • Handle internal communication and coordination between departments.
  • Maintain records, files, and administrative documents.
  • Assist in operational planning and office management tasks.
  • Calendar management of the Managing Director.
  • Closely work with the Managing Director.
  • Handle travel arrangements.
  • Handle hotel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • A degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in English.
  • Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to coordinate administrative and operational activities efficiently.
  • Valid driving licence.
