Key responsibilities

Qualifications and skills

  1. Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent
  2. Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar role
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  4. Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (both written and verbal)
  5. Well-organized with basic time management skills
  6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused receptionist cum admin assistant to manage the front desk and create a positive experience for visitors and callers. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, welcoming guests, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and assisting with basic administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle front desk duties and attend to visitors and telephone inquiries
  2. Coordinate with service providers and support office operations
  3. Handle data entry, email correspondence, and record updates
  4. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications and skills

  1. Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent
  2. Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar role
  3. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  4. Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (both written and verbal)
  5. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  6. Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
