Candidate profile
- Be part qualified in CA, CIMA and/or degree equivalent.
- Age below 30 years.
- Have minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Have a flair for a career in finance & accounting.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for making supplier payments and maintaining accurate payment records.
- Carry out debtors’ reconciliations and prepare customer receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and goods return documentation.
- Maintain cheque registers and customer account records.
- Pass journal entries accurately into the ERP system.
- Support both external and internal audit activities by providing required documentation and information.
- Perform bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations on a timely basis.
- Provide financial management information and reports as required by management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in inventory reconciliations and support effective inventory management processes.
