Reporting
- Assist in preparation of monthly full set of accounts in the company’s accounting system in accordance with accounting policies.
- Maintaining accurate account reconciliations, purchase ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Financial planning and analysis
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant data for reporting and analysis of financial information.
Working capital management
- Responsible for obtaining timely payments from customers within agreed payment terms and reducing AR outstanding.
- Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Applying receipts in the company’s accounting system and maintaining the debtors ageing report.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or reading towards the qualification in AAT, CA, ACCA, CIMA.
- 3-4 years of experience.
- Accounting software proficiency (BUSY, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands on experience in ERP systems such as BUSY / SAP / OODOO.
