Accounts Executive

Requirements

1. AAT/any other professional qualification
2. Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting
3. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
4. Working knowledge in MS office packages
5. Ability to work 5 and a half days per week
6. Fluency in English/Sinhala/Tamil
7. Managing import orders, including planning and execution.
8. Preparing and reviewing required documentation, such as bills of lading.
9. Collaborating with shipping companies, logistics providers, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
10. Ensuring compliance with trade regulations and tariff classifications.
11. Tracking and managing inventory, including tank containers.
12. Managing invoicing and notifying customers about shipment updates.
13. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
