Accountant

Job description

We are currently looking for an energetic, trustworthy and hardworking individual for the position of Accountant at our Head Office Branch in Colombo 03.

Requirements

1. Preparation of management accounts & final accounts
2. Coordinate with auditors and finalizing final audits
3. Monitoring day today transactions
4. Prepare bank reconciliations
5. Handling & filing of VAT returns and APIT returns (online)
6. Preparation of payroll & handling EPF/ETF
7. Coordinate with banks, IRD and other government institutes

Qualifications & experiences

1. Degree in accounting or fully qualified in AAT/ACCA/CIMA CA Sri Lanka
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience
3. Strong knowledge of QB
4. Excellent communication skills
