Academy Head Coach / Under 13 Assistant Coaches (Cricket)

Eligibility criteria

1. Age between 30 to 40 years
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in coaching junior-level cricket with a proven track record
3. At least level 2 coaching qualification with commendable records/experience
4. Strong values in work ethics, sportsmanship, honesty, and integrity
5. Highly passionate about coaching with the ability to direct the team using effective strategies, methods, and analytical knowledge
6. Excellent communication skills in English/Sinhala
7. Proficiency in using computers to prepare individual player statistics
8. Ability to coordinate and work with the college administration on long/short-term plans to develop cricket standards
9. Experience in playing SLC-organized cricket tournaments will be an added advantage
