We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B professional with the leadership capability to drive service excellence, operational efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
• Professional qualification in food & beverage management or hospitality management.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control and guest service.
• Proven leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Ability to effectively manage departmental performance, budgets and operational costs.
• Ability to develop and implement service standards and procedures that consistently enhance guest satisfaction.

Food & beverages executive (Kataragama)

We are looking for an energetic and service-driven F&B professional with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
• Relevant qualification in food & beverage management or hospitality management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of F&B operations and guest service.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless F&B operations.
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt and effective service recovery.
