Required qualification & experience
We are looking for individuals who have personality with excellent managerial skills with BSc. Eng degree in the field of mechanical with a minimum of 5 years previous management experience in a 5-star hospitality industry in maintenance. Capability of handling Auto CAD, MS Office/Project Software. Experience in handling Central Air Conditioning Systems/ Generators, PABX / Fire Protection and detection systems / MATV and ELV systems, wastewater treatment plant / Boiler / Laundry Operations. Foreign experience in similar position in engineering will be a definite advantage. Candidate should have excellent communication skills especially in English.
Hygiene executive
Required qualifications & experience
- We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated hygiene executive to ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation across hotel operations.
- The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in food science, hospitality management, environmental health, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, hygiene audits, sanitation practices, and local health regulations is essential. The candidate should be proficient in MS Office and capable of conducting inspections, monitoring hygiene compliance, maintaining records, and delivering employee training programs.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, along with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, are required.
- Previous experience in an international hotel chain will be an added advantage.
