Site Supervisor | Technical Officer – Civil

Land Maark Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is a well established property development and construction company specializing in the development of luxury apartments. We are seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our team and contribute to our projects from planning to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities.
• Monitor construction work according to approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to required quality and safety standards.
• Monitor material usage and minimize material wastage.
• Maintain daily site records, attendance records, and progress reports.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, and technical requirements to the relevant management personnel.
• Ensure the construction site is maintained in an organized, clean, and safe condition.
• Monitor workers’ attendance, productivity, and work progress at the site.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a site supervisor in the construction industry is preferred.
• Trainees / freshers with a certificate or diploma in civil engineering are also encouraged to apply.
• Certificate/diploma in civil engineering or a relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and BOQs.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to work at construction sites as required.
• Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
