Branch Executive – Kurunegala

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse local market trends to identify opportunities for branch growth.
• Develop and execute sales and demand-generation strategies to drive business growth.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and monitor key performance metrics.
• Identify skill gaps and support training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, partners, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue.
• Support the branch team to achieve business and operational targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a business development or related role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Should be residing in or around the Kurunegala area.
