Field officer – buy back (poultry)

I. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the poultry field.
• Age must be above 22 years.

II. Key responsibilities

• Very good interpersonal and communication skills to maintain strong relationships with buy back farmers.
• Ability to work in challenging conditions.
• A valid motorbike license is a must, and a light vehicle license is an added advantage.
• Exposure to basic technical knowledge in poultry.
• Good communication skills and the ability to achieve targets.
