Senior sister administration

• Completion of a degree or a three-year diploma in nursing from a recognized and reputed institution.
• Registration as a trained nurse with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) or the Ministry of Health.
• Minimum 10 years of practical experience as a staff nurse in a government or private hospital.
• Assumes full administrative responsibility for the efficient operation of hospital wards, including nursing roster management, staff supervision, and ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Work inline with organization goals.

Nurses (ward/ETU/theatre)

• Relevant degree holders.

• 3 years nursing diploma, supported with an approved theory & practical course structured in a recognized institute and 1 year experience as a staff nurse.

• 1 year nursing diploma, supported with an approved theory & practical course structured in a recognized institute and 3 years experience as a staff nurse.
• Midwifery experience is an added advantage.
• Working experience in the laparoscopy & endoscopy units will be considered an additional qualification.

Pharmacist

• Diploma or external pharmacy certificate.
• Qualified pharmacist registered under Sri Lanka Medical Council.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail pharmacy, preferably at a hospital.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Dynamic personality with good communication and customer service skills.
• Be willing to work on shift basis with night.
• Age below 45 years.

Medical lab technologist

• G.C.E.A/L bio system.
• Diploma in medical laboratory technology with SLMC registration.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a laboratory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and be a friendly active member.
• Should be able to work independently with roster basis.
• Age below 40 years.
• Salary negotiable.
• Prefer candidates from southern province.
