Provider credentialing & contracting manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead provider credentialing, contracting, and payer enrollment processes.
• Manage provider onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Oversee third-party credentialing vendors and provider agreements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in provider credentialing, payer enrollment, contracting, or healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment.
• Experience managing credentialing vendors and multiple onboarding projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and credentialing systems.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
