Key responsibilities

  • HR administration Manage day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records and ensure effective HR processes.
  • Recruitment & selection Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning.
  • Attendance, leave & payroll support Manage attendance, leave and provide payroll-related inputs.
  • Performance management Coordinate KPIs, performance appraisals and employee development.
  • Training & development Identify training needs and coordinate training programmes.
  • Employee relations Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
  • HR compliance Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and company policies.
  • HR system (HRIS) Take responsibility for the effective implementation and utilization of the company’s HR system.
  • HR reporting Prepare HR reports, KPIs and management information, and support HR process improvements.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in human resource management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR practices.
  • Experience with HRIS/HR system implementation or administration will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical skills and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
