About the company

China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. (CHEC) is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join our Maldives construction project.

Document controller

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project documents and records.
• Control the distribution, revision, and filing of project documents.
• Maintain document registers and ensure proper document tracking.
• Coordinate document submissions between project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant qualification in document control, administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in construction/project document control is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and document management systems.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural construction environment.

Civil engineer / interior designer (ID) / QC inspector

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate civil, architectural, and interior finishing works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in civil engineering, interior design, construction, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in building construction, interior finishing, or QA/QC works.
• Ability to read and understand engineering and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of construction quality standards and site inspection procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Previous Maldives or overseas construction experience will be an advantage.
