We’re hiring data analyst to support our daily operations and grow with us in the travel industry.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to sales, ticketing, revenue, and customer trends across global markets
• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports for business performance tracking
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs across ticketing, inbound, outbound, and corporate travel operations
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to support data-driven decision-making
• Perform forecasting and predictive analysis for revenue and demand planning
• Conduct market and competitor data analysis within the international travel trade industry
• Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and global teams to deliver actionable insights
• Provide analytical information to the management for strategic decision-making purposes
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, IT, finance, or a related field
• CIMA qualification will be considered an added advantage
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a data analyst role (experience in the travel trade or airline industry is a strong advantage)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, power query, macros)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as AI tools, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is an added advantage
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder reporting skills
