AI Solutions Engineer – Technical Account Management (Remote)

We’re hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to join a fast-growing US B2B AI startup. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers to deploy AI solutions, solve technical challenges, and ensure customers realize value from cutting-edge LLM technology.

What you’ll do

• Lead customer onboarding, including integrations, SSO/SAML configuration, system administration, and technical enablement.
• Customize the platform through prompt engineering, search configuration, ranking, branding, embeds, and workflow optimization.
• Troubleshoot issues across data pipelines, indexing, prompts, databases, and retrieval systems.
• Build and maintain connectors, ingestion pipelines, and internal tooling using Python and TypeScript.
• Partner with customer success to monitor customer health, resolve technical issues, and drive successful deployments.
• Support account growth by identifying new use cases and collaborating with product, engineering, and GTM teams.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical account management, or implementation engineering.
• Experience supporting enterprise B2B SaaS customers.
• Hands-on experience with LLM or RAG-based production systems.
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills.
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or ServiceNow.
• Experience with Kubernetes or React is a plus.
• Ability to work with 50-80% overlap with US Eastern Time.
