Marketing Executive (Printing and Packaging)

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
• Good knowledge of printing, packaging products, and finishing processes will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in printing and packaging.
• Visit customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Promote mono cartons, labels, paper bags, books, POSM, calendars, diaries, and other printed packaging products.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the costing and production teams to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with pre-press, production, QA/QC, and accounts to ensure smooth order execution.
• Submit regular sales and customer status reports to management.

Management Trainee – Customer Service (Female)

Qualifications

• Passed G.C.E. A/L.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Sinhala and English.
• Good computer literacy, including MS Office and email.
• Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through telephone, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, samples, orders, and customer requests.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely updates.
