Requirements / qualifications

• Academic/professional qualification through a reputed institution such as CIM or SLIM is an added advantage.
• Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English considered as an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and strong presentation and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport and establish strong working relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated school leavers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong school and sports background is an added advantage. Valid riding license is required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage motorcycle dealer showroom operations to maximize sales performance.
• Train and develop dealer sales staff to ensure effective and professional customer handling.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to drive strategic decisions.
• Organize sales promotional activities and service campaigns.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and showroom management.
• Work closely with leasing companies for payment collections.
• Coordinate with service & spare parts teams for seamless after-sales support.
