About the company
Harcros Chemicals (Private) Limited, a member of the Capital Maharaja Group, is one of Sri Lanka’s leading formulators, marketers, and distributors of agrochemicals, fertilizers, plant nutrients, growth regulators, and agricultural implements.
Responsibilities
The selected candidates will promote the company’s products, develop relationships with dealers and farmers, conduct regular field visits, expand their assigned markets, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements for technical sales representative
- Degree or diploma in agriculture at NVQ level 5 or above, or a qualification in a related field, is preferred.
- One year of sales experience would be an added advantage.
Requirements for company sales representative
- Diploma in agriculture up to NVQ level 4; or
- GCE advanced level qualifications with a minimum of three years’ experience in FMCG or hardware sales.
Candidate profile & benefits
Candidates should possess good communication, selling, and customer relationship management skills. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the selected candidates.
