Executive | junior executive – quality control

Job responsibilities

• Supervision of all QC laboratory operations, maintaining of GLP and GDP practices.
• Guide the QC team to achieve company requirement of routine analysis (RM, PM, FG & Water) as per BP and USP pharmacopeial standards in timely manner.
• Hands on experience on laboratory analysis and instrumentation such as KF titrator, FT-IR, HPLC and etc…
• Collaborate with outsource parties to full fill laboratory requirement in timely manner.
• Previous experience in analytical method validation would be an added advantage.
• Allocating resources as required to achieve the requirement.

Qualifications & experience

• 2 – 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Qualified in B.Sc. degree in chemistry, chemical science, applied chemistry, industrial chemistry, analytical chemistry or a related field from a recognized university; or
• M.Sc./M.I.Chem.C. or equivalent professional qualification from the Institute of Chemistry Ceylon (IChemC)
• Knowledge of cGMP, quality operations and SAP system
• Good people management skill and a team player
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, particularly written and spoken English.
• Age below 35 years
