Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor quality, progress, and workmanship.
• Check quantities, materials, and construction methods.
• Coordinate with the project manager and technical team.
• Maintain proper site records and daily progress reports.
• Ensure health & safety requirements are followed.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma / HND / Degree in civil engineering or relevant qualification.
• Previous experience in residential housing construction will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site practices.
• Ability to read and understand architectural & structural drawings.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site activities.
• Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
