Quality compliance (documentation) executive
About the company
Our company is a fully owned subsidiary of a leading presidential exports award winning company. We at Ellawala Horticulture (Pvt) Ltd cultivate and process fresh fruit and vegetables at our farm in the Dambulla area. We supply fresh and processed fruits and vegetables to export markets and local super markets. We are looking for a person to join our auditing and compliance team to ensure compliance for certification purposes.
Pre-requisites for recruitment
- A good educational background
- Good written and spoken skills in English
- To be able to work with commitment and responsibility to ensure standards
- Be a self-confident, smart and outgoing personality
- Be resident in the Dambulla / Kekirawa area as our farm is located at Dambewatana, Galkiriyagama.
Scope of the job
To assist with processing of all necessary compliance documentation for food safety certification, organic certification, ESG certification, etc. and to attend to internal and external audits.
Educational requirements
- GCE ordinary level qualified
- A degree in food technology or any other related field.
Work experience
- Previous work experiences with documentation in a compliance related role is essential.
- Working in a food processing environment will be an advantage.
