About the company

LDSY Trading (Pvt) Ltd operates a growing network of clothing outlets across Sri Lanka. We are currently looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team as in charge – stores operation at our Thimbirigasyaya outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clothing store.
• Manage sales and ensure smooth customer service.
• Handle inventory control, stock arrangement, and replenishment.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail store management or sales supervision will be an advantage.
• Age below 30 years.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A results-driven and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility.

Work hours: 10.30 a.m. – 7.30 p.m.
