Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, assisting customers, and maintaining high standards of service in our showroom.

Job responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitab ducts.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with the latest gadgets and trends.
• Manage stock, display, and showroom organization.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction.

Candidate expectations

Education

• Minimum GCE O/L with A or B passes in English; knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil is an added advantage.

Experience

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory. School leavers are welcome.
