BIM Engineer / Draftsperson

We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person to join our company for the following post.

Minimum education qualification

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil or draftsmanship
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling / drafting
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Understanding of construction documentation standards and building codes
• Experience with clash detection and multi-disciplinary coordination is preferred

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models (architectural, structural, MEP or civil as applicable)
• Produce detailed 2D construction drawing, shop drawing, and as-built drawings from design concepts and engineering input
• Coordinate models across disciplines to identify and resolve clashes
• Ensure all drawings and models comply with project BIM standards, company templates, and relevant building codes/regulations
• Prepare presentation drawings, renderings, or walkthroughs when required
• Support tender and procurement process with accurate drawing packages
• Maintain organized project files
• Attend design coordination meetings when required
