Finance Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join one of our Group subsidiaries. The ideal candidate should be a qualified finance professional with strong leadership capability who can support business growth through sound financial planning, effective controls, timely reporting, and strong statutory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and ensure effective implementation of budgetary controls.
• Support management in the preparation and implementation of business plans.
• Prepare project and product costings and monitor actual costs against approved plans.
• Prepare cash flow plans and manage company cash flows effectively.
• Manage banking facilities and ensure effective coordination with financial institutions.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of the annual audit.
• Guide, supervise, and support the finance team in day-to-day finance operations.

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA is a must.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
