Electrical Superintendent

We are looking for an Electrical Superintendent – Design to lead electrical design, material selection, and technical compliance while supporting project timelines and collaborating with engineers to deliver efficient, innovative transformer solutions.

What you need to do

• Checking material test reports, accessory catalogues and preparing material specifications and check lists.
• Ensure all electrical designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Electrical Engineer to align design processes with engineering requirements and ensure smooth communication between design and production teams.
• Address manufacturing process-related issues through communication with suppliers and the procurement team.
• Provide technical support in electrical design, offering solutions and checking design modifications to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the team and design process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices within the design department. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance design capabilities.

What we are looking for

• 1 – 2 years of hands-on experience in relevant field.
• National Diploma in Technology (NDT) in Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Good understanding of IEC standards and the ability to apply them in Electrical design, calculations.
• SolidWork and AutoCAD-based engineering drawings will be considered a strong advantage.
