Medical Marketing Executive

Exito LifeSciences is a Sri Lankan healthcare and cosmeceutical marketing company committed to bring innovative, science-backed skincare and personal care solutions to healthcare professionals and consumers. As part of our growth strategy and expanding marketing operations across Sri Lanka, we are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and scientifically driven individuals to join our newly established Marketing Team as Medical Marketing Executive. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Promote company’s product portfolio to healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
• Deliver scientific product presentations and communicate product benefits, ingredients, clinical evidence, and treatment applications accurately.
• Conduct product demonstrations, educational meetings, and awareness programs for healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports to management.
• Achieve assigned business development targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical promotional practices.

Preferred qualifications

• Completed G.C.E. A/L in Bio stream or professional qualification in marketing. A diploma or degree in science or a related field would be an added advantage.
• Strong interest in dermatology, aesthetics, skincare, and cosmeceuticals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand and explain scientific concepts to healthcare professionals.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical, skincare, or healthcare sales will be an added advantage.
• Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
