Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate BOQs and material take-off.
• Review technical drawings and plans to ensure accurate costing.
• Handle project estimates, budgeting, and cost control.
• Manage variations, procurement, and supplier quotations.
• Coordinate with technical team, procurement, and site teams to ensure project efficiency.

Required qualifications

• Should possess the required qualification in quantity surveying.
• Experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of aluminum joinery and glazing field will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Familiar with construction contracts, procurement processes, and pricing structures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and measurement skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and late hours to ensure deadlines are met.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Team player with a positive mindset.
• Age below 30 years.
