Mandaram Eco Resort is looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented and well-groomed Butlers to provide attentive, personalized service and create memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to villas and guest areas
• Assist with food and beverage service
• Arrange and coordinate guest activities and special requests
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Communicate professionally and courteously with guests
• Coordinate with Front Office, Kitchen and Housekeeping teams
• Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently

Requirements

• Friendly, professional and well-groomed personality
• Good communication and guest-handling skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous hotel or resort experience is an advantage
• Basic English communication skills are preferred
• Training can be provided for suitable candidates
