Senior Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 15+ years of industry experience, including at least 8 years in project management or an equivalent senior role.
• Proven experience in successfully managing building construction projects, with at least one building project completed as project manager.
• Chartered engineer status or equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage building projects from commencement through to successful completion.
• Plan, monitor, and control project programme, cost, quality, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Lead project teams to achieve timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
