Assistant Quantity Surveyor | Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

• NDT/HNDE/HND or degree level with 3 years of experience, or NCT (QS) with experience in building construction, or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of checking of contractors bills / taking measurements and checking extra work and variation claims / preparing BOQ’s., assist tendering process, preparing of bar bending schedules etc.
• Good knowledge in Excel and AUTO CAD and general computer literacy.
• Should be able to handle work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and command of the English language, ability to correspond with relevant parties via email will be an added advantage.
