Key requirements
- Assist the sales teams in coordinating property development projects
- Support customer inquiries, requests and follow-ups related to property projects
- Maintain accurate customer and project-related records and documentation
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Personal profile
- GCE advanced level qualification
- Professional qualification in relevant field will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, energetic and willing to learn
Advantageous requirements
- Experience in real estate, property development, construction or related industry
- Knowledge of property sales and development processes
- Strong negotiation, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
