Junior executive – call center

Echem Educations is looking for energetic, customer oriented individuals to join our dynamic contact center team as junior call center executives.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails and chats.
- Provide accurate information regarding services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records.
- Meet daily performance metrics and quality benchmarks.
Requirements
- Successful completion of the G.C.E. advanced level (A/L) examination. A diploma in sales, marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage (school leavers are welcome to apply).
