Junior executive – call center

Echem Educations is looking for energetic, customer oriented individuals to join our dynamic contact center team as junior call center executives.

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails and chats.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding services.
  3. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  4. Maintain and update accurate customer records.
  5. Meet daily performance metrics and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

  1. Successful completion of the G.C.E. advanced level (A/L) examination. A diploma in sales, marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  2. Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
  3. Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage (school leavers are welcome to apply).
