About the role

As a customer experience executive, you will be the voice of Fitzky. You will engage with our customers, solve their queries and ensure they have the best experience on our platform.

Requirements

  1. Age: below 30 years.
  2. School leavers are encouraged to apply (minimum GCE A/L, diploma, or equivalent).
  3. Basic computer knowledge.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
  5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  6. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

What you’ll do

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails and chat.
  2. Assist customers with bookings, pass purchases and general queries.
  3. Resolve issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain accurate records of interactions.
  5. Work closely with the team to improve customer experience.
