Key responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.
2. Plan, assign, and monitor maintenance, repair, and improvement work across the school premises.
3. Ensure the proper maintenance of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, and other building services.
4. Conduct routine inspections and promptly address maintenance issues.
5. Maintain records of maintenance work, equipment servicing, and inventory.
6. Support school events by arranging and supervising required maintenance and logistical preparations.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in building maintenance or facility management, including supervisory experience.
2. Age between 40-55 years (male candidate).
3. Technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, civil, or building maintenance is an added advantage.
4. Sound knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
