Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist with functions in relation to the faculty of taxation.
- Assist in organising seminars and workshops to raise awareness on taxation.
- Support the organisation of the annual budget seminar, tax oration, tax seminars, and tax faculty-related publications under the supervision of the head of the division.
- Assist in coordinating various programmes and courses related to the school of taxation.
Qualifications and skills
- A degree in accountancy, finance, or taxation from a recognised university, and/or part qualification from a recognised professional body.
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualifying experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of taxation would be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Clear understanding of processes and procedures.
- Ability to work to deadlines and deliver results.
