Transport Manager

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage all daily transport operations to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of clients and services.
2. Plan, coordinate, and optimize transport schedules, routes, and resources for maximum efficiency.
3. Manage and lead drivers and transport staff, ensuring discipline, performance, and professional conduct.
4. Ensure a high standard of luxury vehicle handling, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
5. Maintain accurate vehicle documentation, logs, inspections, and compliance with all regulations.
6. Monitor fleet performance, control costs, and implement improvement strategies.
7. Build and maintain a strong client contact base and develop new business opportunities.
8. Act as the key point of contact for VIP clients, corporate accounts, and partners.
9. Handle client feedback, complaints, and ensure service excellence at all times.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, transport regulations and safety standards.
11. Prepare transport reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in transport management, preferably in the travel, tourism, or luxury transport industry.
2. Proven experience in luxury vehicle handling and managing high-end transport services.
3. Established client contact base with a proven ability to maintain and grow business relationships.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent knowledge of transport operations, routes, regulations, and compliance.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and transport management systems.
7. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Valid driving license.
