Graphic designer

The graphic designer will lead the creative design function of the company by developing innovative and high-quality visual concepts for notebooks, packaging, corporate branding, commercial printing products, and digital media content. The role requires strong creative direction, technical expertise in print production, social media content creation, motion graphics, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating closely with production, sales, marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead the conceptualization and development of creative designs for notebooks, covers, inner layouts, packaging, diaries, stationery items, and other commercial printing products.
2. Design and oversee artwork for brochures, catalogues, leaflets, booklets, posters, advertisements, promotional campaigns, corporate gift items, and marketing materials.
3. Create engaging digital and social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
4. Develop motion graphics, video editing content, and multimedia visuals for marketing and promotional purposes.
5. Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, color schemes, layouts, and visual standards across all company products and communications.
6. Stay updated with current design trends, printing technologies, AI-assisted design tools, and industry best practices to introduce innovative concepts.

Requirements & qualifications

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field.
2. Previous professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the printing, publishing, advertising, or packaging industry.
3. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant design software.
