Senior Manager – Finance

Job profile

1. Prepare the financial statements, monthly, quarterly and annually in compliance with IFRS, SLFRS, and industry-specific regulations.
2. Ensure accurate and timely submission of information with regulatory authorities including the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) and Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
3. Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities and other institutions.
4. Streamline operations, improve systems and procedures and enhance quality financial reporting system.
5. Work closely with other departments to provide insights for strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Candidate profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in financial accounting, or full professional qualification of CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, or CIMA.
2. Minimum 4 years’ managerial experience in financial reporting within the banking or NBFI sector.
