Senior Industrial Engineering Executive

  1. Experience & education: Bring a diploma/qualification in industrial engineering (or a related field) alongside 3–5 years of garment manufacturing experience; GSD certification is a major plus.
  2. Garment costing & SMV optimization: Utilize your proven skills in work/time studies and line analysis to calculate accurate garment costings, manage cost structures, and establish baseline Standard Minute Values (SMVs).
  3. Efficiency & productivity drive: Identify operational enhancement opportunities, reduce factory waste, and implement corrective actions to ensure the plant meets its performance and IE targets.
  4. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with factory IE, production, and technical teams to optimize manufacturing methods and continuously improve operational processes.
  5. On-site engagement & travel: Use your strong communication, analytical, and MS Office skills to collaborate with management, requiring a willingness to travel frequently to manufacturing facilities.

Senior Pattern Maker

  1. Experience & qualifications: Possess more than 5 years of experience as a pattern maker within the garment industry, backed by relevant technical qualifications in apparel technology or pattern making.
  2. Pattern development & tech pack mastery: Thoroughly interpret complex customer technical design packs to create and develop accurate patterns that align with required brand standards.
  3. System & library management: Proficiently operate CAD systems—specifically the TUKA system—to update patterns and upload request management reports, while meticulously maintaining the pattern and document libraries at every stage.
  4. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with development and bulk merchandisers, garment technologists, and factory sample room teams to engineer technically correct, production-viable garments.
  5. Risk management & quality control: Conduct comprehensive technical risk assessments on tech packs to proactively identify production bottlenecks and execute necessary corrective actions.
  6. Timeline adherence: Maintain strong organizational skills to strictly achieve and adhere to factory planning T&A, bulk style T&A, and development style T&A timelines.

Marker Maker

  1. Experience & qualifications: Possess more than 4 years of hands-on experience in CAD marker planning within the garment industry, backed by relevant technical qualifications in apparel technology or garment manufacturing.
  2. Fabric consumption & costing: Prepare highly accurate markers for costing and calculate precise fabric consumption by analyzing fabric width, previous garment ratios, fabric conditions, and cutting methods to inform merchandisers.
  3. Cut planning & ratio analysis: Analyze various production stages to prepare separate cut plans, bulk orders, and size ratios based on delivery demands, in-house fabric quantities, and the merchandiser’s fabric pre-reconciliation report.
  4. Marker development & deployment: Create precise markers for bulk sign-off, size sets, pilots, bulk production, and unique customer requirements across all manufacturing facilities.
  5. Fabric inspection & type selection: Review comprehensive fabric inspection reports to determine the exact marker type required for each factory (incorporating fabric direction/way, pattern matching, stripe alignment, major/minor shading, and width variations).
  6. Waste analysis & cross-functional alignment: Monitor and analyze fabric waste against tech approvals, collaborating closely with technical and fabric teams to dynamically adjust marker methods if the received bulk fabric differs from the originally booked specifications.
