Assistant Financial Accountant / Accountant

We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance Team as an Assistant Financial Accountant / Accountant.

Candidate profile

1. Qualified or part-qualified in CA Sri Lanka (or equivalent) or CIMA (UK).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in an audit firm.
3. Experience in a manufacturing organization is compulsory.
4. Hands-on experience dealing with banks, auditors, and senior management.
5. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
6. Experience working with ERP systems (exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be a distinct advantage).
7. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
