Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who can lead financial planning, strengthen systems, optimize costs and partner with leadership to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead monthly management reporting, financial analysis and performance reviews to enable effective decision-making.
2. Drive budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization initiatives to improve business performance.
3. Oversee audits, taxation, cash flow management and financial governance.
4. Provide strategic finance support through profitability analysis, process improvements and business recommendations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business management or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA / ACCA / CIMA will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including experience in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, costing, financial reporting and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or export environment.
