Assistant – Procurement

Key responsibilities

  1. Procure spare parts and materials required for vehicles and machinery.
  2. Identify reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
  3. Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
  4. Ensure timely availability of parts to minimize downtime.
  5. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  6. Coordinate with workshop and stores teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

  1. Knowledge of spare parts of vehicles (trucks, machinery, and equipment).
  2. Experience in procurement or purchasing will be an advantage.
  3. Good communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
