Housekeeper and Maintenance Person

Aquarius Residences for German Pensioners, a leading hospitality and residential project in Marawila, is looking for a dedicated and experienced housekeeper and maintenance person to join our team.

Housekeeper qualifications

1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
2. Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and guest room maintenance.
3. Ability to supervise and guide housekeeping staff.
4. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
5. Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or retirement home will be an added advantage.

Maintenance person qualifications

1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance work.
2. Good knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs.
3. Ability to identify and fix maintenance issues promptly.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
5. Experience in hotel or resort maintenance is preferred.
